Long version:

My first contact with a SLR camera (Zenit E-TTL) was in my high school period and...I discovered that I really enjoyed the sound of the shutter, the uniqueness of every captured moment and the privilege to seek the light trough a piece of glass. Everything started with it.

Some years after, I've worked for about half year in Paris (France) and I just felt the need of capturing all the light, joy and beauty that I was found in that city...and I understood: the hobby has become a passion.

Finally, in 2007 I just bought my first dSLR. Since then, I continued to be interested in all kinds of subjects, but my favorites are related to: macro, landscapes, portraiture, product and night photography.

In my free time (I wish to have more), I just take my camera and when I'm not visiting the streets of my city, I seek far, far away from populated places...all the beauty which exists around us.
Because...accordingly to a famous quote from American Beauty movie: "Sometimes There's so Much Beauty in the World I Feel like I Can't Take It, like My Heart's Going to cave In."

About this site

This site is based on the PixelPost photo blog application and The world in the 35mm template which I found the most appropriate for my needs. You will find here only the best or the most interesting photos (all are available for purchase) of my actual photo blog.

Prints

All the images presented here have a maximum resolution of 930px but if you like them and you want to order prints of a high resolution just send me an email with the details of the photos, the size and the type of the paper and I can ship to you. The payments could be done trough PayPal.
